CLEVELAND, Ohio — Voters had one final opportunity Sunday to cast their ballots early in person at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections as the four-week early voting period came to a close ahead of Tuesday’s general election. The elections office, located at 1803 Superior Ave. in Cleveland, opened for a final four hours, from 1 to 5 p.m., giving voters one last chance to avoid the crowds expected on Election Day.
